Return/Gift Card Policy

Customers have 30 days to return items purchased online. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at Bonitos Hats with your order number.

    • This information can be found in your email receipt.

  • Pack the item securely in its original box.

  • Ship the package to the address provided. 

    • All shipping costs on return items are at customers expense. 

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return requirements. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the restocking fee, and all associated shipping costs.

 

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items that have been used or damaged.

  • Items that are missing their original packaging.

  • Items that are on sale or have been discounted.

  • Giftcards

  • Pop-up Markets

    • All sales made at pop-up markets are final. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. See receipt.
