Return/Gift Card Policy

Thank you for choosing Bonitos Hats, LLC for your new hat! We appreciate your business and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. As such, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to exchange any hat item you purchase from us at no cost to you, subject to the following terms and conditions:


  1. To be eligible for a return and exchange, the hat(s) (item(s)) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Timeframe: You must request a return and/or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  3. Shipping and handling: While Bonitos Hats will exchange the purchase hat at no cost, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the return item(s) to us. 
  4. Process: To initiate a return and/or exchange, please email us at with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  5. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will send you the new item(s). The shipping fees must be settled with Bonitos Hats, LLC before the new item(s) can be shipped.
  6. Exclusions: Our return policy does not apply to custom or personalized hats, which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. Pop-up location: If Bonitos Hats, LLC has a scheduled pop-up market in the customer's area, the customer can choose to meet us at the pop-up location to exchange their item(s). In this case, the customer will not be responsible for shipping and handling fees. The customer must contact us at prior to the pop-up market date to arrange for the exchange.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards can be purchased on our website or a pop-up location. Gift cards are available in denominations ranging from $25 to $500.
  1. Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed online or at a pop-up location. To redeem a gift card online, simply enter the gift card code during checkout. To redeem a gift card at a pop-up location, present the gift card to our staff during checkout.
  2. Expiration: Gift cards do not expire.
  3. Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  4. Lost or stolen cards: Bonitos Hats, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash and keep it in a safe place.
  5. Balance inquiries: To check the balance of your gift card, please email us at with your gift card code.
